In an effort to expand my son’s meagre collection of urdu language books, I decided to turn it into a creative challenge for myself and make some.

First I came up with a couple of poems (a great activity to do in the shower, it turns out), then I made some illustrations for them. One was illustrated by hand, using watercolour and ink, and the other is all digital art. I then had these printed as board books, so they could be trusted into the hands of my rambunctious little child.
